Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Customers must contact us via email before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for eligible items that are unused and unworn.

Customers are required to contact us via email before returning any product. Returns will only be accepted in the following situations:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrived damaged or the packaging was damaged upon delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing or quality defect.
• The order has exceeded the expected delivery time.
• The courier does not allow the customer to inspect the package before payment.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• Undamaged and free from any signs of use.
• Packed securely in their original packaging where possible.
• Properly protected for return shipping to prevent damage during transportation.

Customers are advised to use the same packaging or carton box in which the order was originally delivered, whenever possible.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged due to customer use, or returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
